Job Description:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about the products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Responsible in the generation of B2b/B2C Lead/Prospect list for assigned region
- Nurture clients through voice and email customer servicing activities
- Responsible in ensuring that all leads Generation Date are fully managed
- Provides timely report on sales productivity output to management on a daily basis
- Ensures feedback is delivered to Team Leader and Senior Leadership on opportunities that will help in delivering Business Intelligence activities to itโs clients/partners
- Support all initiatives and plans of the organization in its efforts to deliver excellent and quality Customer Service to its clients as well as the direct customers of the Client
- Provides flexibility and collaboration towards business partners.
- Is willing to work in shifting schedules
Requirements:
- At least 18 months or 2 years sales, customer service and multi-media marketing experience
- Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course or its equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to learn the standards and regulatory requirements for the processed products by the Client and to familiarize self about the packaging policies applicable for the product.
- Has a strong sense for Customer Service; a Team Player; Flexible and has a strong ability to collaborate with Business Partners;
- An advocate for continuous improvement
